Refund policy

  • TL;DR
    You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The revocation can be sent to us in writing in various ways, for example by e-mail to shop@legamaster.com
  • You must return your order to us and bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.
  • We will refund your payment using the payment method you selected for the purchase.

Subsequent reimbursement of the return costs is not possible.

Right of withdrawal for orders of goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Legamaster International BV, Kwinkweerd 62, P.O. box 111, 7240 AC Lochem, +49 (0)4102 808 400, shop@legamaster.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the template provided by us, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if

1. we have begun with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period after you have given your express consent and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of the fulfillment of the contract and

2. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract by e-mail within a reasonable period of time after conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital products are made available.

We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
